We understand that many customers shop early for Christmas, and that our standard returns window doesn’t always allow enough time for gift giving. To make things easier, we offer an extended returns period for the festive season.

Orders placed from 1st November onwards can be returned up until 10th January, provided the items meet the following conditions:

• The item has not been worn or used
• Original labels and tags are still attached
• The product is returned in its original packaging, including any boxes or accessories
